The lock is programmed to automatically unlock (pop open) shortly before the batteries go dead. Before that happens, a low power alarm will alert you, so you don't need to worry about being locked out. It's important to set up the admin card and user cards to utilize the full functionality of this product.

Operation Instructions: 1. Install 2x AA 1.5V Batteries 2. Press the Reset button until a long beep 3. Swipe a RFID card/fob to configure as the Admin Card 4. Swipe the Admin Card, then swipe new cards to add as user cards 5. To delete all user cards, swipe the Admin Card 3 times 6. To delete all Admin and user cards, repeat the Reset process

When you swipe a card to unlock and the battery power is low, the voice alarm will sound a long beep. You can still unlock up to 50 times maximum before the batteries need to be replaced.

The lock is suitable for use on wooden cabinets, drawers, lockers, cupboards, medical carts, data racks, gun boxes, and more. It is not suitable for metal doors.
