The Ghome Smart Door Knob provides 4 ways of access: Biometrics & Keyless Touchpad, APP Unlock, Keypad Unlock, and Fingerprint Unlock. It also offers Mechanical Key Unlock as a backup option in case of emergency situations.

The smart door knob allows users to enter the room freely by pressing the "Set button" on the interior door knob or turning off Auto Lock in the App. Users can also turn on the "Do not disturb" function in the App to have their own private room at home. Additionally, the smart door knob allows users to continue using the physical key to operate the door.

The smart door knob features three modes: Passage Mode, Privacy Mode, and Traditional Entrance Mode Auto-Locking. The locks will automatically engage after a set auto-lock time, ensuring that users who forget to lock the door are still protected.

The smart door knob also offers a user management feature, allowing administrators to manage users and check unlock records, providing greater peace of mind for users.

In case the batteries die, users can still open the door from the inside by turning the interior door knob directly. The smart door knob is also equipped with a Type-C port for emergency power supply or unlocking from the outside using the mechanical keys.

To keep the door always "unlocked," users can turn off Auto Lock in the App or press the SET BUTTON in the interior door knob and verify their fingerprint or code to enable the passage mode.

If the App cannot find the K02APRO smart lock, users can try pressing the setting button on the interior knob until they hear a beep, then re-add the smart door lock to the App, ensuring that Bluetooth, mobile network, or 2.4GHz WiFi is turned on.

While the Bluetooth door knob is offline, users can revoke the door knob with their fingerprint and then reconnect it. If users are out of the home, they will need to purchase a gateway separately to control the smart door knob remotely.

To ensure the fingerprints are easily read, users should ensure their fingers are at multiple positions and angles during fingerprint enrollment. When the fingers are wet, sticky, or not clean, it may be harder to unlock the door.
