The eSmart Lock App is compatible with Android, iOS phones, and iOS watches, allowing for convenient control and management. The lock can store up to 100 fingerprints and 100 password sets, with anti-peep code support and 3-layer user management. Administrators can set multiple team leaders and manage multiple members through the app, with no limit on the number of 2-3 layer user accounts, enabling efficient group management. Administrators can appoint and revoke team leaders, and if an administrator needs to exit the team, they can simply transfer the role to the team leader.

The lock is suitable for both left and right-handed doors, with an adjustable deadbolt mortise from 60mm to 70mm (2.36" to 2.75"). The rear handle button can be used to activate the Passage Mode, which is press-and-hold for 7 seconds to prevent mis-triggering, and then press again to cancel.

The volume or silent mode can be adjusted through the eSmart Lock App, with options for mute, low, high, or silent. To set up the lock on an iOS watch, download the eSmart Lock App on your iPhone and sync it with your Apple ID, allowing the watch to unlock the door.

The language can be set through the app's "More Features" section or by inputting "11#" on the keyboard to switch the default language.
