Our smart lock, the TE217, supports connectivity to a 2.4GHz network and should be within 10 meters of your router for optimal performance. It works well with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant devices, but does not currently support Apple HomeKit, IFTTT, or Matter.

If the batteries are completely drained, you'll be alerted when the battery power drops below 20%. You can use the emergency Type-C port for a quick charge, but we recommend replacing the 4AA lithium batteries as soon as possible. We also provide 2 mechanical keys for emergency access.

Your data is stored in US-based Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers, with AES256 and SSL providing bank-grade security encryption. The door compatibility requirements are a door thickness between 1-3/8" to 2" (35mm to 50mm) and a door hole between 1-1/2" or 2-1/8" (38mm to 54mm).

The TE217 smart lock offers multiple convenient unlocking options, including fingerprint recognition, mobile app, PIN code, physical key, and voice control. You can generate remote access codes and synchronize it with Google Assistant and Alexa for comprehensive smart home interaction.

Our smart door lock allows easy management of user permissions through the App, enabling you to create multiple access methods, including codes and fingerprints, and receive instant security notifications. The BHMA Grade 2 certified fingerprint door lock is designed to be exceptionally durable, with IP65 water resistance for enduring defense against environmental factors.
