To set up the lock, users can simply connect the [eSmartLock] App, available for download on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). Before the first fingerprint is successfully registered, the lock operates in experience mode, allowing any fingerprint to unlock it. However, for the fingerprint to be registered properly, it must be collected six times, rather than entering six different fingerprints.

The lock offers three convenient unlocking methods: Fingerprint Unlock, App Unlock and Control, and Key Unlock. The Fingerprint Unlock feature has been upgraded with a 3D Fingerprint Sensor, boasting a 20-fingerprint capacity, a larger fingerprint reader, and a lightning-fast 0.2-second identification process. The App interface is user-friendly, enabling users to register or delete fingerprints, view unlock records, and share unlock permissions with others. The Anweller Q1BF Smart Door Knob Lock offers two commonly used modes: Auto Lock and Passage Mode, which can be conveniently switched by pressing the button on the rear handle. It also features an Anti-Unlock (Privacy/Travel) Mode, where only the administrator can unlock the door, and a Mute Mode that allows users to adjust the volume from mute to low or high.

The lock will provide a low battery reminder, with a continuous 5-beep alert when the battery level drops below 20%, encouraging users to replace the batteries.
